I had a 80-minute massage with hot stones with Chantal. I can not say enough good things about them. She did a lot of little details, such as allowing me to choose two aromatherapy and make sure that the temperature was comfortable in the room.
After my treatment was more than she even took a few minutes with me, where I had a lot of tension and what I thought might be the cause in chat.
In a Saturday at 02.00 clock I thought the spa was surprisingly not crowded which made all the more enjoyable the experience.
I think the rest room should be much greater; although the woman change area seemed to be empty every time I visited the rest room, it was very busy.
Women's locker room attendants were very helpful. The room was clean and the waterfall shower and fluffy towels were amazing!
On my next visit, I would definitely use the inner area / outdoor café and a steam room.
When my friend and I were on our way, we returned to the registration desk in the lobby, pay for our massages. Computer systems were incredibly slow and, like some other Yelper proposed that women at the reception were not very welcoming. To make matters worse, put another spa visitors at the reception and seemed to settle a dispute with one of the women at checkout have. I recommend the spa to reassess their arrival process / check payment to make it easier and less stressful for the customer.
While on the more expensive side for a massage if I was certainly worth every penny.

I did not even have to come here, but I have the phone tries one week spa appointments and arrogant woman with an English accent and bad attitude hijacked. Oh, and I was even before I hung appointment. Soon we separately at the other end, it was probably the spell. If there is an indication of how my experience would be, I do not want to remember.
I mean, it's bad if you feel a frame with a few simple phrases on the phone, right? Pity your poor personality has affected your business today! Good Luck.
